Lisbon apartment between the river and the hills This flat is situated in Bica, now one of the coolest neighbourhoods as well as Bairro Alto. Apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old historic building in the funicular/tram of Bica at the border of Bairro Alto district and it is also a short walking distance from the other picturesque neighbourhoods of Baixa and Chiado. The apartment is 35m2 and has been renovated in 2003 respecting always the old period of the building (meaning wooden floor-boards, original doors and tiles). The flat is totally equipped and has also central heating.

Location

In Bica you have all kinds of traditional commerce and lately you can see some trendy and fashion shops. Nearby you can have access, in 5 minutes walk, to the Train Station (Cais do Sodré) to go to the beaches in Cascais as well as the Ferry Terminal to cross to the other side of the river – the famous Caparica beach with its long 50 km of sand and dunes. Just at the end of the street flat you also have the famous nº28 tramway that covers the sightseeing tour of Lisbon’s hills.
