How it works for owners - Step by step

Step 1: You

• Fill in the registration form
• Give as many details as you can about your accommodation
• Fix the prices per day/week/month, the security deposit etc.

Send us some pictures (at least 6) of the accommodation in order to illustrate the online description

Step 2: Us

• According to the information given by you, we will create exclusive web pages for your accommodation.
• Handle the advertisement of your accommodation online and in national/international magazines and newspapers.
• Deal with the clients and provide them with all the information requested about your accommodation.

Step 3: Us

• As soon as we will receive a reservation for your accommodation, we will contact you.
• We will send a booking confirmation to the client. This booking confirmation contains information of the accommodation
• On his or her arrival, the client will give you the rent, the deposit and the amount of possible additional charges in cash.
• The client will pay to us a prepayment that is the commission for the service we offer him . This prepayment due on the very moment of reservation will be paid in addition to the prices you fixed for your accommodation.
• So you will get the whole amount of the rent you want for your accommodation.

• You shall contact us before renewing the contract with the client if he/she wants to extend his/her stay.
• The most important thing is that you guarantee the availability of your accommodation according to the reservations we received for your accommodation.
