Are linen and towels provided in the Apartments?
All linen and towels are provided and included in the list price of your flat. It is important that you let us know how many are in your travel group so that we can provide the correct amount of towels and bed linen!
What is your cancellation policy?
70 or more days before arrival: Full refund of the prepayment.
46 until 69 days before arrival: 50% refund of the prepayment.
45 days before arrival or less: There is no refund.
Are there any extra costs not included in the prices listed on the website?
Cleaning, Check-in and linen are all included in the list price.
Where do we pick up the keys for the flat?
The owner or is representative will meet you at the flat for check-in directly into the flat. Please read carefully the confirmation information that we will email you after we have received your down payment.
The addresses for the flats are not listed, how do we know where to go?
Once we have received the down payment for your apartment, we will send you confirmation including contact numbers for check-in and the address of the apartment. We believe that it is prudent not to publish this info and only send it to our paying customers.
Is there a cleaning fee?
There is no extra cleaning fee.
